Seven Layer Salad

Ingredients
1 head of romaine lettuce torn or chopped into bite size pieces
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 10 oz package of frozen peas
4 hard boiled eggs
6-8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Dressing
1 8 oz carton of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
Directions
- Layer the first six ingredients in a large bowl
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl, and spread over the top of the ingredients in the large bowl; spreading to the edges to seal in salad
- Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp of Lawry’s salad seasoning.
- Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight
- Stir to combine before serving
Notes
- I steam the eggs for 13 minutes to make easy to peel hard boiled eggs
